Problem with opengl in windows 7

Hello (my english isn't good)
I have a little problem with opengl:
with this configuration the game run slow:
-Opengl
-PSP x5 or x4 or x3 or x2 or x1
-scale x3 or x2 or off
-spline curves quality: high
-Game: Idolmaster Shiny Festa - Honey Sound
-Os: Windows 7
-the rest: default

but with the same configuration(same pc) in windows xp the game run fast, and with dirext3d with this configuration

-Direct3D
-PSP x10
-scale x4
-spline curves quality: high
-Game: Idolmaster Shiny Festa - Honey Sound
-Os: Windows 7
-the rest: default

the game run fast.

¿How can I resolve this problem?

Now I chage this option:
-scale x3 to x4
and the game's speed increase(I don't understand it very well).
