Need help before installing PPSSPP

Well it's weak for a pc, but let's be optimistic - it's still faster than "s" and "i" potatoes and I belive all the games you listed can be played on mobiles, so it should not be much of a problem without even using any of the game breaking speedhacks.
Should probably be fine even with some graphic enhancing features like higher rendering res, maybe some texture scaling, just don't try to set either too high as those two will easily multiply game requirements and you're probably stuck with integrated graphics which is very limiting.

Tekken might be more demanding than the rest you listed, but on the bright side, if your hardware can run it at full speed, you should have no problems with most other psp games since more demanding ones are actually quite rare.
