And yeah. It's possible to get the materials even without doing the missions, but i can't find the site where i can change the codes to match the desired materials that i wanted...that's why i'm asking for help here.

You can exchange the tickets for materials in the "Exchange Inventory" option. It's in the "Item"

PPSSPP memory management isn't and never was 100% perfect in all games, however it was and continues to be improved since it's also breaking some games(ie to not look far - GE2). If you look at it, the comment says it's to "make the codes work", it's not exactly true because memory was never moved by any offset in the first place, it did fixed some cheats in the start, but also broke others. It was a bad solution that currently just add to the confusion and will certainly be removed, althrough probably only when the code improves again as both the code improvement and removal of this hack will again force you to find new addresses.

Sorry for spoiling the future, but that surely will happen again someday, since many people especially GE series fans(GE2 1.40 NPC's~) await for those fixes and it's really not something which is easy to fix:|.

Also on top of that, some popular games can actually use high memory layout which can be activated on newer CFW's as well as is default on PPSSPP with PSP-2000/3000 model selected, that's an extra thing which screws up cheats that depend on static addresses and were made on real psp, through this one is easy to avoid by changing model to psp-1000 in the system settings. Not sure if GEB was affected by this through, GE2 surely is.
