you have to set up PPSSPP use your IP from a VPN program if the IP is the wrong one then this will happens. if you want to try a test do this

1) Use PPSSPP 1.0.1 (not reccomended to use this cause the full GH bug. better use 9.9.1. The test need this version)

2) Active built in pro ad hoc

3) try enter Gathering hall

4) success means you always use a wrong IP
