Dante's inferno settings

i play this game fast not lag in my pc
if i turn fps on ,, i set fps 1 this game not lag


i use directx9 mode...



flickering come in some place ...not all time but sounds in game great

,,, how to removing flicker ,,can anyone help me?

i am use ppsspp-v1.0.1-791-gaae2542-windows-x86 git build
my setting is buffer render on
frameskip 1 or 2
timerhack
hardware transform off
timer hack on
cpu clock set to 25
1x psp

my hardware
acer aspire 3680
intel celeron m cpu 440 1.87 ghz single core
ram 512mb
vga intel 950gma 256mb vram



note : if i set frameskip 0 ,, this flicker gone and graphics great but this game slow like slowmotion
