The extra op with the objective of shooting 25 trucks is impossible to do with 60 FPS enabled, the trucks speed up to a much higher speed and is only possible to finish by switching back to 20 FPS. Guns also fire faster at 60 FPS, which isn't too much of an issue.

Co-Ops itself works fine if both players are set to 60 FPS, but the host will sometimes drop to 30 FPS for a few seconds during some level transitions, but will re-sync when the host resumes back to 60 FPS.

I'm glad to know the 60 FPS cheat is working mostly fine for this game, playing this at the original 20 FPS is not fun at all.

Are there any other issues with the 60 FPS cheat that you didn't mention? if those are the only issues then this 60 FPS cheat is way too good.
