Is v0.9.9.1-1363 the first build in which the problem appeared ?

No is one build that work really well the Online without problems less issues of Frozen game when hitted and dont give the GH full bug i think this bug start with 1.0.1.

Tywalina get some info https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/issues/7331 (searching this thread quite a time xD) is not much but this happens when PPSSPP get the adhoc built in

However is just a build that i use and work great for me is just that
