@adrian_torres01 yes you can do that if you are on same party with your friend , as long as you have internet connection , ppsspp just need on same network between host and client , im just back to the forum , so many things i see has changed , for online multiplayer you can use tunggle , hamachi , or evolve , this guide only covered Local Multiplayer and windows as host , i think i need to update it too . because its get out of date
