half games not showing (W8.1)

Hello i dont know what is happening but, some of my games are not showing in the browser, well there are transparent boxes with no thumbnail on half of them. The rest work. The iso/cso used to work but now, nope, when i launch the transpanrent boxes (rectangle) the ppsspp crashes and says, "ppsspp has stopped working".

I dont know what is going on it just started.
(Same thing happend to ePSXe as in half the games stopped working but thats a different program) All other emulators still work (project64, visualBoy, Pcsx2)
