do i need tunngle at all?
do i need that tunngle at all to play online if i have external IP and i can change my MAC address at will and im able to host servers for minecraft cs or any other emulator without external software?

and so if use this tutorial http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=12714

but just skip that tunngle part and replace it with my external IP connection would it still work?


or tunngle is must have to play online?
Try AntiMicro graphical program used to map keyboard keys and mouse controls to a gamepad/controller.
