My phone was an international SGS3 with the Exynos 4412 and going to a snapdragon s4 phone gave me less performance in ppsspp with buffered rendering 1x.
Ryzen 5 1600 @3.8Ghz
Sapphire Nitro+ RX480 @1.4Ghz
