[Tutorial] How to play multiplayer on one PC. testing PPSSPP adhoclocal

i tried it everything works fine only if i use adhocserverexe....and when it does connects i see the room...and when i tried to connect it always times out for burnout legends or couldnt join room for dragon ball z tag team...it doesnt even show anything in dragonball shin budokai...just connected to network.....how can i fix this

i tried again just now and it doesnt connect anymore...it keeps saying bind error...cannot bind to 127.0.0.3

sorry i keep adding to my list of problems....now it connects but gets stuck at starting game for dragon ball z tag team
