in which directory is you "ULUS10068MMMHXSYS" folder ? /sdcard/ULUS10068MMMHXSYS?
You have to put it in /sdcard/PSP/savedata
But make sure the savegame is for your version of the game, beacause sometimes there are different for some countries.
