I downloaded the DEMO for Hatsune Miku Project Diva 2nd to try to find a 60 FPS cheat, and I found it

The cheat seems to be perfect, please test it and confirm if everything is ok. Remember to enable only the FPS cheat that you want, not both.

Other Project Diva games use the same engine, so it should be easy to port this FPS cheat, but I don't have those games so for now enjoy what I found
