It will never be possible.
Why ? The explanation is simple : the game doesn't synchronize small monsters at all. The game has been made like that, it's how it works on a real PSP...
It's like if you were asking "Is it possible to tame monsters ?", it's not how the game was designed.

And, honestly, it's kinda pointless to synchronize monsters that everyone can kill in 1 hit or 2...
