[Discussion] 60FPS patches for PSP games that run at 30FPS

Ok I played MUCH around and found out what it was.
I'll post this here, who knows maybe this issue exists in other games aswell.
Basically, for some reason if you disable frameskip, it throttles the game, so that you can use the "Render Mode: Alternate" to increase game speed. If Frameskip is off, it plays the game so that the Alternate Rendermethodes FPS are the Max FPS and throttles normale gamespeed to match. I.e. if Alternate is 200%, then 200% = 60FPS thus 100% is only 30FPS. If you enably Frameskip, you strangely lose the ability to speed up the game (Normal and Alternate are now fixed 100%) but the game runs smooth on 60/60.

Don't know if this is a bug, or just my lack of real Understanding what those settings do engine wise to achieve their use.

My KHBBS runs smooth with 60 fps and i has frameskip always off cause i use teh Alt. speed for MHP3rd to speed up the loadscreens~
