[PC] Dragon Ball Xenoverse pre-order

I'm a little exciting for this game to come out , since its the first officiel DBZ game on the Pc ,

Anyway , Do you guys think i should pre order the pc version or get it on the PS3 ??

and the game pric is 45 $ , so i dont i dont want to spend that much for a bad pc port
