Well, there's a few things that aren't correctly emulated on PPSSPP, like dithering for example, I wouldn't say they're "impossible" but they're not easy to do especially with modern GPUs.

But yes, if your goal is to get a 100% accurate screenshot of a PSP game then yeah, you're probably gonna need a real PSP at this time.
