[Solved] Starting PPSSPP fullscreen on second monitor

1. Open PPSSPP.
2. Move PPSSPP's window on your secondary monitor.
3. Press F11 key to switch to fullscreen. PPSSPP's window should now be displayed in fullscreen mode on your secondary monitor.
4. Press "Exit" button to close PPSSPP's window.
   

Next time you will start PPSSPP, it should automatically be displayed in fullscreen mode on your secondary monitor
If it doesn't work, maybe the version of PPSSPP you're using is too old... Try the latest available build from here
