please lets just made a build with both adhoc local and online cause i just cant enable the dmz

If you cannot enable or find DMZ, you can try opening TCP ports in a wide-range and it will work the same.

You'll need to port-forward/open ports from TCP 1025 to 65535. If it still doesn't work, check your firewall, because something else is blocking your connection to coldbird.net.
