@cybercjt check this post and check if you have same release of the game. If you don't then sorry, I made it only for my game, if you do you can also try other cheats to make sure you actually updated it to 1.06 since for whatever reason alot of people have problems with updating this game.
On correct version, it should work fine as long as hardware is powerfull enough, which I tried again on latest ppsspp. Could get broken by changing psp cpu clock since it requires twice as much power, but not sure as I don't use this option.

No wonder it doesn't work seems like my game is not updated right . Tried all 1.06 not a single cheat worked.

Edit: Seems like my game is on ver. 1.04
