It requires Windows Vista or later anyway, which most (not all, I know) of our Direct3D 9 users want. Plus it seems like my gpu driver (9800 GT) doesn't have the caps bits...

So there is anyway to fix that? Unfortunately my computer can only run at lower resolutions.

UPDATE: still the same issue in ppsspp-v0.9.9.1-1433-ga4a95c9-windows-x86
