Update: Using ULES00496 version of game & latest Windows 32Bit version of PPSSPP v0.9.1-467-g08d5190.
I am pleased to say this collection of Power Stone games are running / looking / sounding near perfect, just a single line showing on the main title screen only.
Apart from that is Perfect in my opinion.

This is actually due to linear filtering, if you turn it off (switch to nearest) it should disappear but then it is a lot more pixelated.

This is a problem in a lot of games, hopefully there is a way to make it look better in the near future (at least with some kind of texture-hack like in project 64).

I've noticed that the arrow is missing on the map below when there are gems on the field.

Oh yes, I didn't even notice that, well spotted, on my pictures the arrow is nonexistent at all, but in your picture it is there, but underneath the green squares, which indicates a depth issue in my opinion.
