Restore settings to default and it should work, but might be slow if you don't have a powerful gaming hardware since those Sonic Rivals games use a really stupid effect which can't be properly emulated fast.

Eventually if you have EU versions of those games, you can try using my hackish workarounds posted in each of those games thread:
- Sonic Rivals,
- Sonic Rivals 2.
Also made one for Activision Hits Remixed which uses same heavy effect for it's game selection screen.

Those cheats basically will break the game to match broken emulation with slow effects disabled ~ two negatives result in positive kind of thing ~ displaying proper colors in a performance friendlier way;p.

GE2 some stage get white overlay with OpenGL. on Vulkan is work fine.

Huawei P9+ Android 8.0.
PPSSPP v1.7.5-363 use default settings.
