If you download or transfer a save from a real psp, these crashes, freezes and even the slowdowns stop appearing. However, the hud blinking glitch and strange overlay after videos stand still.

I wish there was a fix for the blinking text......that is all I need to be fixed for the the game to be playable enough to record.

Really? I've stopped playing these days, so I didn't download the new builds yet. D:

RE: The 3rd Birthday
The game does boot on the latest build (v0.8.1-306-ga56e97d-windows-amd64) I've just got off the buildbot, at least on Windows.

Update to the latest one here:-

I changed 2 lines in the .ini file to True (for Dangan Ronpa) and it seems to help with the graphic overlays for The 3rd Birthday. Smile

It's mainly "FramebuffersToMem" - also prevents the opening message from disappearing to a black screen.

That just made it worse.
When I do what he says in that thread the whole screen will flash ever couple of seconds along with the text flashing in and out.

What are your system specs and what revision are you using?

Using my own advice in that thread and enabling the hacks in v0.8.1-539, the graphic overlays are fixed, at least for me and my rig.

Here's a screenshot without the hacks on:-

Here's one with it on:-

If you want to claim that my advice made things worse for you, please provide some pictorial evidence before badmouthing the poster who was just trying to help others with a solution that he discovered.

Thank you.
