In the PS2 version of Tekken 5 there is a stage called "Waterfall" (http://tekken.wikia.com/wiki/Waterfall) and on the PSP version of the game Tekken 5: Dark Ressurection there's the same stage changed in night time now called "Meteor Shower" (http://tekken.wikia.com/wiki/Meteor_Shower). I know that all stages from PS2 version of the game got changed on the PSP release aestheticaly but did the original unchanged "Waterfall" stage from the PS2 version of the game ever appear on Tekken 5: Dark Ressurection on PSP at all, even for a short cutscene on someone's story?

I think I might have found unused/scrapped/leftover stages from development.
Virgin KLM, do you still have that stage selection cheat? Ie. the code you used to load that unused stage.

Either a CWCheat file or just the address and values in hex, that would help me out a lot.

I'm gonna make an article about them on Unseen64 about them.

RE: Tekken 5: Dark Ressurection
I have my settings at cpu unlock speed and speed toggle both the same and been trying from 30 to 60 and working great with sound and speed.
I think loading saved states from a previous build makes the sound and graphics a bit wrong.

Tried putting the cpu unlock speed at 222 300 and 333 but it just slowed down the game and get better results going anywhere lower than 60 and when both speed toggles are at different speeds the sound goes all choppy.

If you are new here, you should visit the Welcome Thread! Smile
Note: read the global rules part carefully.

If you want to get the emulator you can download the latest build here:
http://buildbot.orphis.net/ppsspp/index.php

● If you report (or happen to find any) game/mini/demo that's still not on the compatibility list yet even after 48 hours, you can PM me the link!
● Sorry for my bad english, I'm Indonesian.

RE: Tekken Dark Resurrection
This game is not perfect. At least for AMD/ATI graphic cards. Here are the remaining issues (only for our gfx cards):-

1. Non functional Lifebars and missing character information if HW Transform is ON. Fixed with HW Transform OFF.

HW Transform ON

HW Transform OFF

2. Missing Opening FMV. (Only displays a black screen or a white screen.) Not rectified with any setting change.

Tested with rig in sig using the latest dev build (0.9.1-186).

If those two issues were fixed, it'd be perfect.

RE: Tekken Dark Resurrection
There's no way this game is perfect. Besides what solarmystic reported, there are other problems (maybe not making it unplayable, but it's still not being emulated perfectly) :

http://report.ppsspp.org/logs/game/ULUS10139_1.00

tl;dr along with the bugs solarmystic pointed out, there are the following emulation errors :

UNIMPL sceKernelFindModuleByName(sceModuleManager)

Trying to compile instruction that can't be interpreted (maybe related to the above?)

Error in shader compilation (a ton of times...maybe causing the HW transform bug?)

Bad mpeg handle 00000000 - using last one (00000000) instead (probably the reason why the opening FMV doesn't play - I think it's weird that the mpeg handle and the last mpeg handle would both be null)

UNIMPL sceJpegDecodeMJpegYCbCrSuccessively

Unsupported logic op: 000003 (although I think logic ops were being worked on recently so this should probably be retested)
