Can't play it any ways, Fps drops so much when I encounter a big monster. I guess my current laptop may not be sufficient.

My laptop barely playable 100% except on village 91% only* just a bit speed more!! xD (this made my laptop overheat)

I can get alway 100% with frameskip on village but i kinda hate a bit lag Smile

I worse write english so take easy on me
(even my own language realy bad T_T)

Rig to test now :
Windows 8 64 bit (Laptop)
Intel® Core™ i3-3110M (2.4GHz, 3MB L3 Cache)
Nvidia GT720M 2GB

here its is

this step needs time so if you want it. please be patient okay ?

1. open ppsspp. make sure you have Mhp3rd HD ver.

2.disable the JIT

3.Open Mhp3rd. Now it will boot but the controls are not working

4.Wait for the game to finish the video and you will see the Title Screen

5.At the Title Screen,Press back button of your android and go to Game Settings>System>Check The JIT

6. Press Continue. (this will not make the controls respond) and wait until the Capcom sign appears again .

7. Press back Button and Exit the Game

8. Start The game Again. Now it will work but dont expect too much speed because its HD ver.

If that couldn't work. do the steps again but don't do step 5 so here is the optianal step

4b. In Title Screen. Wait Until The video repeats again. and proceed to step 5

That's all I got. If it couldn't work. well I don't know it but I manage to play it on the Galaxy Tab 2. please tell me the results after you do it. Smile) hope these helps you

This is exactly how I got it to work that one time and could not repeat what I had done to actually get in the game. For the record, this is fairly playable on a Tegra 4 Shield. I'll test it some more when I get home, but I remember it running at 100% with frame skipping set to auto (looked like it was skipping every other frame).

Thank you, going to paste this into the open issue on github.

Playing this game with cheats has no point. If you not manage some monsters then go farm something and make something better. Try new tactics, learn how monster move and then take revenge!!

On PSP I use only "Monster Hunter HP cheat to seeing monster HP" But this is only helpful when I want catch someone or when on area are more than one monster ;-)

On PPSSPP (on PC) I play without cheats (only cross save PSP to PPSSPP and PPSSPP to PSP) but this is not cheat :-D

Its no fun get all weapons and armours or make himself a god and beat all monsters XD XD XD

BTW: I post some new information about patch 6.0 ;-)

I'm getting a Xiaomi MI3 (Quad core, 2.3GHz / Adreno 330) which isn't too far off the shield in hardware so I'm glad to hear it's playable on the shield. Gonna get a bluetooth xbox 360 clone controller with it so my social life will become non-existant.

@Maverick, when 6.0 drops, can we patch our translated iso or do we have to patch a fresh image?

RE: Monster Hunter Portable 3rd HD VER
for your information...
MHP3 (not HD) is now working on PPSSPP....

so you can use your "language patched" ISO to enjoy hunting...

btw, i don't think any cheat except unlimited HP can make you a god in MH series LOL
