It's playable?

Tehra Dark Warrior/Puzzle Booble Pocket both working fine in Nokia C7 Belle Refresh.
GTA Vice City Stories and Wipeout showing black screen on load.

EDIT: Jetpack Joyride not working here, graphics bugs.

No not playable yet. But soon it will be. It is only graphical bugs. Speed seems fine other than the graphical glitches so it should be running fine on N8/C7/C6-01 when those are fixed Smile.

Ok man.
Wipeout working now with graphics bugs and very slow, but main menu is fine. Exit2 works fine too but it's slow.

RE: PPSSPP Symbian Port
Yeah don't worry about the graphical bugs, they will be fixed soon enough.

Speed on the other hand, won't improve *that* much in future.
We already have JIT. The most important speed ups now are going to come from FPU instructions which aren't being used right now AFAIK.
Symbian devices are ARMv6 which means VFPv2 which means not a great speed up as compared to, for eg. VFPv3+NEON in ARMv7 devices.

RE: PPSSPP Symbian Port
Even if the ARM6 FPU is slow, JIT-ing MIPS FPU instructions to them instead of interpreting will be a good speed boost by removing the interpreter overhead. I'd expect a decent speed boost for fp-heavy games.

Code:
Sound Emulation: Off
Buffered Rendering: On
    2x Render Resolution: Off
Hardware Transform: On
Draw using Stream VBO: Off
Vertex Cache: On
JIT (Dynarec): On                 Fastmem (May crash): On
These are for fastest possible speed.
JIT + Fastmem may cause crashes on certain games though.

thanks for this.. disabling sound really helps.

Was just trying wipeout.. and it runs, and its playable, but barely.. its still really slow..
Will it ever be possible to get a playable framerate?

I thought they said it runs very very fast. In the next version they said it will be playable with less bugs

It was running very fast previously because it was, in a way, skipping frames. It's running normally now and that is slow.
