Yes, homebrews have always needed to be in PSP/GAME/AppName

previously it was working from anywhere

RE: PPSSPP Symbian Port
I'm happy to say... I have successfully compiled ffmpeg for Symbian.
Has all optimisations, supports everything the other platforms support.
Built it to target Anna to keep it the same as current emulator target.

I know the apps 'launched' from anywhere. They can't see their files unless they are in that directory though. Many of the homebrews would not work properly outside of that dir. Due to a change, they only work in that dir now.
It is same situation on a real PSP.

Can fix that bug but it is still not recommended to put a game outside that folder.

RE: PPSSPP Symbian Port
First-generation Symbian^3 still can't load the UI due to the VRAM issue.

But yes, you can see video in games now and more audio plays. Build is currently broken due to the size of the file. I need to fix that :\

i am currently trying to play monster hunter freedom unite and i have to say that the gameplay is better when the ppsspp interface is black.
in fact the gameplay seems to be even better than in 0.7.5 (in terms of graphics)
but it becomes unplayable whenever the ppsspp interface is fully loaded

is there a way to make the ppsspp run faster? or is it that the max possible speed is already achieved? Sad

thanks Henrik for ppsspp and xsacha for porting it to symbian!

RE: PPSSPP Symbian Port
Well, as a temporary hack, I could make it not load the fonts for first-gen Symbian?

There is no downloadable build of it yet.
