I can say its perfect, works with no problems except for the data installation thing, past from that all i can complain about is the 3rd person aiming :I

Even if the EU version does not suffer from the consecutive mission problem, I would not call it "perfect" with the data install problem, as that prevents all in-game radio voices from playing. Even if you copy over the installed data (either from installing it on your PSP or with JPCSP) PPSSPP just ignores the data and does not play the voices. Not that this impacts gameplay, but it's hardly "perfect".

I play the game till the Peace Walker battle 2, without no problem except the data install and the back menu, I don´t know if my weapons are too weak or the emu has a problem Confused because at the moment that Peace Walker is going to launch the nuclear misil and it have only two bars of life, I attack ten time approximately with law or carl gustav but Peace Walker don´t stop to launch the nuclear misil. I see a youtube video of the battle and he stop the nuclear attack with only two misil

I hope someone answer me, please and thanks

pd2: even if you dont install the sound data, the game will have codec sound Big Grin

Codec calls don't work. The ones in the missions. For example when you start Tank mission you should hear "Neautralize the enemy unit". Only the chatter sounds work. Finishing the missions is still bugged. It will always take you to Mother Base and then good luck selecting another mission.Not to mention the annoying data install bug. This game just is hardly playable and definitely not perfect Big Grin

The mission ending problem (i.e. not being able to select another mission without reloading the game) has not been solved for me as of 0.7.6-1571-g6f24514 (Win x64), but a few people seem to not have it. I'm not sure why that is the case.

To add on to this: The codec conversations in the menus (i.e. briefings for missions) work fine, and have nothing to do with the data install. The actual in-mission codec calls (i.e. pausing the game and choosing to use the codec) display the conversations only as subtitles at the bottom of the screen, whereas they should also be voiced if the data install was working correctly.

I have the same problem as davefreeze. In the second battle with Peace Walker, whe it's about to lauch the nuke having two life bars left, it's impossible to stop it. I tried with everything, even the atack markers.

I found on the JPCSP forum that you can get around the Peace Walker battle problem for now by using this cheat:

_C1 One Hit Kill [Mechs]
_L 0x2001B764 0xAE200064

See here for how to use cheats.

Hopefully it works for you guys, and for me once I get to that point myself.

Once this https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/pull/2431 is merged, the data install problem will go away, and if you install the extra game data(320mb), the in-mission codec calls will have voices as well. I think the only things left wrong with this game after this are the consecutive mission hang and the mech thing. Still no luck with fixing the hang, unfortunately. Dunno about the mech thing either.
