Monster Hunter Freedom Unite Save Corrupted

So I had this problem with MHFU that made it so I couldn't save in-game because I used saved states (I did not know MHFU had problems with save states which is why I used them) and I decided that if the problem was the save file, I would just need to delete it to make things better. So I went to the PSP folder, went to states and deleted the MHFU save states as well as their jpegs.

When I tried to start the game the pop up message "Save Data is Corrupted" comes on screen and I am completely unable to play the game.

I know I know, it was stupid of me to try and fix something I have no knowledge over but I just really wanted to play the game normally. I'd really appreciate it if any of you guys could help me on this one.

I recommend in the future deleting all your save states every time you create an in game save. It might be that someone can hack the game to allow your save data to be loaded, but the best bet is to use save states only temporarily.
