Actually think it's better to have them both on 333 as I found no slow down at all, it just jitters a bit

Good info Cool

I can't wait until DirectX support comes, so I can use SweetFX on this game Smile

Some graphic issues still exist, especially for us perfectionists.

Image issue with Buffered Rendering is still not fixed, and rearview mirror still doesn't work.

OK, but without buffer rendering, I not see problem.

But buffered rendering makes the game look better(graphical glitch notwithstanding) overall and is closer to how it's supposed to look on the real psp. That's why we're hoping it gets fixed.

Oh and in case anyone's wondering, the rear view mirror is *REQUIRED* in this game once you get to the Maximum Class GP races, because blocking the AI is part of the strategy and you WILL need to block them or else you will lose every time!

Moreover AFAIK disabling buffer rendering also disables car reflections effect which basically you play this game at VERY LOW level of detail, so yeah.....

RE: Ridge Racer 2
Only the mirror? What about the head/taillights/exhaust and motion blur effect?

Also I recall the digital speedometers are pretty much unreadable (basically you can't tell whether the gauge moves or not, JPCSP have the same issue too).

One thing at a time my friend. It would certainly be nice to fix those other bugs, but for now, this is a **HUUUGE** breakthough and arguably the most important bug fix for this game to date. You NEED the rearview mirror to win most of the races in the Max Tour.

Thank you, kudos and major props to Hendrik and his dev team for finally fixing the mirror! Big Grin
