Please tell me, is the US version free of flickering/rainbow effect?

Flickering effect, yes. Rainbow Effect, no. I'm also having a freeze error in Dante's Inferno Chapter 5 after Pluton. I've gone over the zipline, gone into the next area with the huge circular door that does not open and defeated the enemies.

I then try to go to the area with the pounding pillars and gears (where you have to do a R-trigger hold and swing from orb to get to the gears) and when the game is spinning around to show the pounding pillars? The game freezes.

It has a "MemmapFunctions.cpp:93 ReadFromHardware: Invalid Address 00000000" bunch of errors and then a "MemmapFunctions.cpp:130 WriteToHardware: Invalid address 00000000" error. This is also present in the 0.9.9 version of PPSSPP and the Orphis branch 0.9.9-3-g9844c6e.

It is strange because I specifically played through to that part not using the save and load state things (which I thought might have been causing the issue) from the God of Wealth save point and it still froze at the exact same place.

Tried both EU and USA versions on PPSSPP 0.9.9 and rainbow effect is still present. Can you tell me how did you managed to fix it?

Dante's Inferno
First of all, Hello! :3

So I don't know if you guys have talked about this game before, I swear I've searched about it and I did not found anything. So here I am...

The thing is, I can play the game, the video parts run OK, but when it comes the gaming, it's pretty lagged, everything seems to be in slow motion you know.... Do you have any idea how can I solve it?

P.S. Excuse me if I make a mistake putting this thread here.

Thank for your answers!

RE: Dante's Inferno
tested on both x64 and x86 versions of ppsspp 0.9.9.1-1061

Opengl has flickering bloom and rainbow colored fires

D3D has no bloom with rainbow colored fires

D3D is playable but opengl is not due to the fast flickering
