Mipmapping Feature
Hi, I was wondering what the new mipmapping feature does? I know it has to do with textures but that's all.

RE: Mipmapping Feature
Disabling it may make things show at higher detail, but may also make the game slower. It was always enabled before.

RE: Mipmapping Feature
Having it disabled doesn't seem to have a measurable impact on performance, gpus are limited elsewhere I think.

RE: Mipmapping Feature
Nice! Do you think you can implement vsync too? I see quite alot of screen tearing on most games but on games like Tekken 5 DR there's just so much tearing it it looks like a broken mpeg packet transfer.

RE: Mipmapping Feature
I can see screen tearing, this nevers happens if there is vsync.

RE: Mipmapping Feature
Android does not allow anything that has vsync off unless the kernel allows it, which pretty like never happens.
