I'm using Windows 7 64-bit, Intel® Core ™ i5-4200 CPU @1.60 GHz upto 2.3-6 GHz.
Take note of the fact that the game worked fine for me on PPSSPP ver. 1.1.1 with a few changes to graphics section in the PPSSPP emulator to make it run smoother which also speeded up other games, until recently I had to reset the settings on v1.1.1 due to bug in the emulator which didn't register the analog inputs of my USB joystick which is working perfectly fine and didn't have issues months ago compared to now in the same version of PPSSPP.

(Side note: can you tell me which folder should I move from PPSSPP v1.1.1 to the newest version of PPSSPP in order to transfer my save game data?)

RE: F1 2006
ok, some graphics issues are present in v1.5.4:
1)tires on the selected car don't render properly from before as well (graphic issue in v1.1.1, till present version)
2)the same issue from before is still present, where finishing a race causes the whole emulator to slow down by as much as 90%, though is not entirely as bad as the slowdown in v1.1.1 of PPSSPP.
3) A pretty annoying one, graphic corruption of the menus, with the ends of the grey boxes(in which text is displayed) getting corrupted and the red arrows( that highlight the different options) is also corrupted to become some corrupted red moving square.
(Note: A few minutes after I noticed the corruption of the red arrows and the grey boxes, the red colour became lighter and the grey boxes got slightly more corrupted)

UPDATE:
using D3D11 but using the same settings that I used with OpenGL, I got the car's tires' graphics to load correctly, but with the flipside being two oddly-colored brown bars on the screen with one of the camera views.

Ok, I'll try when I get the time to do so...
BTW takeshineale88, my Windows 7 laptop has much lower specs than yours, hahahaha, so I wouldn't think those specs would be crap. Smile
