nice, i have the USA version as well. tested on Windows 7 64, blackscreen.

PS: too bad though, amazing game, i'm still playing it on the PSP lolz..
that and i brought the Ps2 version 2 times! and 1 xbox360 just for the saturn sky~ anywho~

On version 0.9.7.2, it still boots with a black screen but:

1) The game is running in the background, one can press X to continue
2) The intro plays fine and is visible
3) Music plays in the background and one can hear the main menu sounds
4) Ingame cutscene froze, but is skip-able
5) Can hear in game sounds and car accelerating but nothing shows on screen

So at least, there is some progress Smile

on 0.9.7.2 working "in game" with non buffered render, frameskipping off. cpu clock 60. enable alpha mask. hw transform on, vertex cache on...

android quad core rockchip 1.8ghz cpu 2gb ram, running at 65-85% with some graphics problems..

If you switch to Software rendering, menus are visible and you can get to in-game but it's unplayable because of very low speed and graphical glitches.
It should probably be moved to In-Game.

I've just tested this game and, as Nik1985 says, it works but it's unplayable.

In Direct 3D mode there is a fullspeed. :D
But the picture can't be scaled from 1x, in every above render size it's still 1x.
   
Also, what is more important - problem of OpenGL speed I guess is the same as from Mx vs Atv Unleashed. It should be in a block transfer I think.
In Mx vs Atv some programming magic happens and bring it to good graphics and a fullspeed. But if pause the ppsspp and then resume it - weird square-style graphics backs with all of there slowdown as from a Test Drive Unlimited.

US version on iOS (PPSSPP 1.1.1). Can get into the game world, but the frame rate on an iPhone 6 Plus (iOS 8.4) is roughly 10FPS with choppy audio. Will test on an iPhone 6s (iOS 9.0.2) soon.
