Will this PC run PPSSPP fine?
I'm looking for a cheap laptop for my son to use PPSSPP on. Will this one be ok?

My specs (AMD Phenom™ 8450 Triple Core Processor 2.10Ghz, 4Gb RAM, ATI Radeon HD 6570 1Gb) runs most of psp games in fine speed and can use 5X render in most of games.

RE: Will this PC run PPSSPP fine?
You'll be able to run most games, this CPU is still weak for PPSSPP. I have an E8400 and sometimes get bottleneck on heavy games like Midnight Club 3 which runs at 60 FPS when virtual CPU is at 333Mhz, there's a overload on main core, it's always 100% usage, while other cores are in lower usage. But I can run most games fine.

Phones: Poco F3 8GB/256GB (Snapdragon 870 5G) and Redmi Note 6 Pro 4/64GB (Snapdragon 636)

PC: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 / 16GB RAM DDR4 3600MHz / NVIDIA GTX 1660 Ti 6GB / Windows 10 Pro

RE: Will this PC run PPSSPP fine?
Anything that stronger than my laptop (in my sig) is good

Old laptop: Lenovo G458
AMD/ATI Radeon HD 7310 | 1366x768@60Hz | APU E1-1200 Dual Core | 2.5 GB DDR3 400MHz | Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit

New laptop: Lenovo ideapad 100
Nvidia Geforce 920M 2GB / Intel HD Graphics 5500 | 1366x768@60Hz | Intel Core i3-5005U 2GB | 2GB DDR3 2000MHz | Window 10 Home 64-bit

RE: Will this PC run PPSSPP fine?
My old laptop I had PPSSPP on was a Dual Core AMD laptop, with a 5470 Radeon (512mb v-ram) and 4GB ram and it did actually run games but not smoothly, not every game ran consistently at 60 frames with AA on, final fantasy zero being the worst performing. Turning down the resolution helped though.

I think you really need a Quad Core CPU in order to run all games at 60fps with AA on at 1080p which is the ideal setup.
