RE: Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Impact
Can you post what your settings are from ppsspp.ini? It's hard to say what it might be without knowing your exact settings. Also, your full PC specs would be handy too (in PPSSPP's in-window UI, go to settings -> system tab -> dev tools -> system info, and take a screenshot).

RE: Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Impact
I'm surprised you're even able to run PPSSPP on non-SP1 since the VS2013 runtimes have known issues with being run on non-SP1 versions of Windows 7.

At any rate, JIT is enabled/checked under the developer tools, right? You left that part of the ini out, so I can't tell.

I'll have a look at those settings you're showing me in a minute, to see if any are an obvious cause of slowdown..

Yeah it's checked. The emulator runs fine. Not all of the games I've tried run at 30/30 or 60/60 at all times during actual gameplay but still very playable.

RE: Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Impact
Does it help if you disable the timer hack, texturebackoffcache (a.k.a. "Lazy texture caching"), or turning buffered rendering back on (noticed you have it off)? If it's not one of those three, it's got to be something else in the ini that you're not showing, or your PC is somehow too weak to run this game (is it in power-save mode? You seem to be on a laptop, if I read your CPU line right).

RE: Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Impact
I tried all combinations of those two on/off but I still only got 1-4 fps. I had buffered rendering off since that makes it shoot up to 30/30 but everything looks awful so I didn't keep playing. For some reason every game flickers black and tries to give me a seizure whenever I try to run it on non-buffered. It is a laptop. It's set to balanced, not power save, and it's plugged in. I'll try High Performance.

EDIT: Added a screenshot of what it looks like with non-buffered and the high performance setting did nothing.

RE: Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Impact
I dont know about ppsspp on windows but did you visit other forums about setting guide?

And for my android phone, impossible to play on buffered rendering, but runs well on Non buffered rendering, speed is almost time 100% and fps is stable (16-30max, but its still fast since speed is 90-100%)

Does it look like the screenshot in my previous post? Every game except lego star wars 2 looks horrible and flickers with non buffered on.

RE: Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Impact
To AlphaKennyTime
Hmm..it is well similiar as mine(check pic below)

While im on buffered rendering, I only have speed problem and the graphic issue on this game, However certain games does ONLY have graphic issue like that defend on which rendering mode your emulator is,

Example": the 3 rd birth day" have best setting while buffered rendering and have prob on non buffered mode, while "God eater burst"have graphic issue like that on buffered rendering while running well on Non buffered rendering with no prob like that ..hope this helped you(sorry 4 late reply btw

RE: Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Impact
I figured it out. Im on the latest version (0.9.9.1-1-gec129c3) and all I had to do was disable "Simulate Block Transfer" to get it running at full speed. I went from 8% to 100%. Running on buffered rendering. If anyone else is having the same problem make sure you disable that before you start up the game or you'll get some funny graphical bugs.

EDIT: Flashbacks during conversations don't show up for some reason.
