Know issue:https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/issues/7247
listening on any privileged port (e.g. < 1024) requires root. If PPSSPP is picking such ports, you can try sudo.

PPSSPP build in Pro AdhocServer http://www.mediafire.com/download/asb60u...-Linux.zip
