D3D9 issue
I'm using ppsspp 0.9.9.1 1-456-g6d72c20 for windows 64. System specs are windows 7 professional 64 bit, nvidia GT 620 graphics card, 12GB of ram, and cpu is an i7-3770 3.4GHz. In short if i switch to D3D9 backend the emulator zooms in on the upper left corner (happens with a fresh unpack of the emulator, no changes except switching to D3D9) Deleting the ini file and trying again does not solve the problem. Thoughts as to what the problem might be?

RE: D3D9 issue
Okay I tried updating to 0.9.9.1-458-g94c865b. The same issue still occurs when i switch over to D3D9 backend, zooming in on the upper left corner.

RE: D3D9 issue
Pressing F11 does not help at all -.-. Guess i'll just wait for a newer version to be released.
