About copy pasting IP's
I just tried v0.9.8-1686 on multiplayer and when I tried to paste the copied IP, I can't. Now, I have to type the whole IP. Sad

Why was this changed? Big Grin

RE: About copy pasting IP's
EDIT: Updated my PPSSPP to v0.9.9.

I can paste the IP BUT I have to delete the previous IP.

Is there a way to implement "Ctrl + A" to select the whole previous IP so I can just "Ctrl + V" to replace it?

Better yet, auto select the whole previous IP so I'll just paste over the new IP to replace it.

Btw, I like how we change IP like in 0.9.8-1374 better. Big Grin

Yeah, sorry about that, the new textedit isn't completely finished yet Tongue I think I'll make it so that a paste overwrites the whole box until I implement selection.

Oh, no rush! Wink

I'm just mentioning it 'cause IMO the previous way to change IP was perfect. Then it got changed.
If you're planning to make it better than what it was with v0.9.8-1374, then I got no complains. Smile

Btw, displaying the IP and Mac Address in the UI is a good touch! Big Grin

RE: About copy pasting IP's
ok, if you paste now, you paste over the whole contents, no need to delete. And I added a single undo Smile (Ctrl+Z)

Thank you, that's nice Smile
However, I have noticed a small issue : if you click on the text it will prevent you from writing, deleting or pasting text until you close that small window (by clicking the "OK" or "Cancel" button, for example) Undecided

RE: About copy pasting IP's
Yeah, noticed that as well.

The way it is designed now, we don't have to click that text bar to paste the IP. (don't get me wrong, I LIKE THIS!)

But the intuitive action is to click the text bar first before doing anything.
What happens next is what vnctdj described above.
Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

I'm sorry if some people think this is just a trivial matter. I know devs have bigger stuff to work on like game compatibility or processing performance, etc.
But, I just announce what I observe. Big Grin

EDIT: I type too slow. Dodgy
