PPSSP on PC (Windows 8) still not working!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!

Administrators, Senior Members, PLEASE HELP! I have just downloaded PPSSPP on my win 8 PC and I tried to open the 0.9.9.1 PPSSPP Windows 64 file but it said I had to have MSVCP120.dll [/font]. I searched on the internet and found many people had the same problem. Finally I found this video on Youtube! (I could not post a link on this thread but here is the exact name of the video: How to Fix MSVCP120.dll Error in Windows 7) I got excited and did everything as the guy said BUT it still won't work!!!!!!!!!! I have tried re-installing PPSSPP many times but it still shows up with the same screen! PLEASE HELP OR I CAN'T PLAY THIS AWESOME EMULATION FOREVER !!!!!!
