Dual-core 1ghz

What version is it? There might be a glitch. Try unistalling it.

Hmmm.... that's weird. I don't know how it would end up like that. Is your computer a 64 or an 86 bit? You might have the wrong version for your computer. Or it's the PPSSPP versions instead. What is your PPSSPP version?

That's maybe the reason. I am guessing it is a really poor phone. Try using a Galaxy device like the Galaxy S3 or a JXD5110B.Those would really work great (Well, on some parts for the Galaxy S3. It will smoothly with a bit of a sound lag which you can fix and a little graphic issues which is not a huge problem.). But I suggest the JXD5110B. You can get from Amazon here (http://www.amazon.com/S5110B-Handheld-Co...pr_sims_t) which is only $89.99. Cheap, huh? I bought myself one, hoping it will come pretty soon.

No, no it's fine. I'm glad you bought yourself a computer good with a powerful graphic card! The PPSSPP usually runs good on a Nvidia Geforce graphic card!
