Analog on PS3+SixAxis works with everything but PPSSPP on Nexus 5

Yes good day all. My analog and controller works completely fine on my Nexus 5 Android; I have even used it on a expse emulator and it is sweet. Now it is when I open the PPSSPP emulator that everything seems to work well, EXCEPT for the analog (in-game is same problem) The mapping seems good, (I re-tried mapping it, with L Ana Up and doing exactly as should be) But nothing.

The really weird thing is, that when I have the on-screen touch controls enabled, it literally shows everything I do on the controller! (I can see myself moving the Analog) but it does nothing! Has this happened before, and yes I have searched alllll over and tried allllot of things to fix this.

I read a thread with someone who seemed to have same problem as me, but he fixed it by re-booting which did not help me. SO Yes, any suggestions would be great!
