Information Does PPSSPP required *ROOT* for Android?
Title say it all, I just wanted to know cause i know for iPhone it required Jailbreak to run PPSSPP.
Also will these phone be able to play game at normal settings or not?
1.2GHz Dual Core
1GB Ram
