You don't really need inf HP. Just use the Auto Status Modifier cheat from Buko Pandan's original post above, and set it to Auto Reraise and Auto Regen.

Just a note that the game has lots of places where the game is expecting you to die, and having an invincible character on said places will have you fighting an endless fight OR winning but losing out on a kickass cutscene (I missed out on a cool scene involving Bahamut-0 the first time around because I defeated an enemy that I was supposed to lose to)

1. Keep the cheats disabled.
2. Go to a relic and go to the save menu
3. Enable the cheats.
4. Save.
5. Disable the cheats again.
6. Go back to the game. The unlocked stuff should be in your save game now and the game won't find any cheats in memory, which should allow you to play normally.

(basically, cheats that modify the inventory, the money, and the unlockable content can only be used on the save screen.)

Joker commands on cheat codes don't work on PPSSP yet (usually ones that start with 0x). There's a guy working on getting them to work, but I have no idea what's the status of his work.

He already finished it, but the fact stays, that joker codes had a second, more important reason to not work - JIT. Pressing the keys will not recompile the code and soo assembly cheats will not work by key activation, only by leaving the cheat menu. Basically joker codes should work already on latest versions, but only in variable changing cheats(for which this code type is rarely used). It could also cause new problems, since cheats were already not soo optimized and longer ones could freeze the game and now they also check keys every time they're executed(which is very often;p).

Can somebody help me? I used cheat for costume and L'cie form, but it didn't work, I don't have costumes, onyly summer costumes items in eq, but I can't use it. Can somebody tell me what I shoud do to have it? when use cheat(if not in save menu, or something).

Once I ran PPSSPP in Interpreter Mode it worked perfectly, and since I was just browsing through the History section of the game to mess with the camera, the game still ran at 100% Speed even with interpreter mode.

Something which might be usefull for some people 1 code to remove vignette(requires restart without the cheat to disable) and one which removes vignette and gui - purely for screenshots, that one can be reverted quickly, so you can use it to decide if you want to remove this effect:
