Theres no port for Windows Phone. Windows for phones don't support JIT and probably cannot be ported.

I think he means tablets PC that runs Windows 7, for example. I think those can't run because they have weak Intel GPUs that doesn't support OpenGL ES 2.0.

It would depend on the tablet. IIRC some of them have Intel HD GPUs, which support OpenGL 2.1 or higher.

Um, I didn't know that. The most part of Tablets PC has Intel Atom CPU which has the Intel GMA 3150 GPU which doesn't support OpenGL ES 2.0.

Higher-end ones like Surface Pro have core i5/i7, so that would imply Intel HD or something else.
