Sorry for the delay, but got to try it on another computer. The error is not system specific. It crashes the same there too.

Are they both AMD? That can matter, but not sure.
We do have a report of another crash, not tied to simulate block transfers, and not reproducing for everyone: https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/issues/5918 Also, daniel229 has been pretty active reporting crashes/problems with simulate block transfers and I know he's tested this game, which is why I've been asking questions to figure out if it's system specific: https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/issues/4786 -[Unknown] |

- Windows 7 32 bit (x86)
- Danball Senki BOOST - v0.9.8-1408-g3d61028 ; v0.9.8-1390-g8e80bd3 + Game play normal. When not fighting, human with human, press Triangle --> crashes - v0.9.7 + Game play normal, press Triangle --> not crashes, play perfect - Hope, PPSSPP team fix it - Sorry, I bad Eng, Thanks PPSSPP team ! |

Both are Intel CPU/AMD graphics. I can confirm W (which is the sequel to this game) does not crash (though there is glitchy text).

Alright, so I recently finished Danball Senki BOOST. Now, I can't say how the game performed prior to my beating it, as there had been a few months of hiatus (and similarly, several hundred revisions) in the middle that keep me from commenting on most of the game. But I'll say what I can.
As of 0.9.8-1541, the HP still garbles when you pause or use a hissatsu function (block transfer on). Also, should the framerate be toggled during a hissatsu, there is a chance that the game will hang. As for Danball Senki W, I've just started and I've noticed some things. First, and this may not really be a problem, but if a Postprocessing Shader is used (I tested FXAA Antialiasing and Natural Colors) various textures and text will start to shake. Apart from that, the game has strange blocks that appear during screen transitions (from the game to the world map, vice versa, and right at the start of a battle). They aren't intrusive, but they should be noted, regardless. Also, there's no textbox in W. I don't know why, but the text just shows without any background, I tried changing from Buffered Rendering to the other settings, but they all gave the same result. And this final thing I can't confirm, but I think videos are being skipped. Sometimes the game will transition, the screen will turn blue (or green), and then it will go back to the game. And if there's an Opening for W, I've never seen it. After the publishers are shown, it goes straight to the title screen. I thought this was weird, though, because it doesn't show the Level-5 intro, despite the fact that they're the developers for the game. |

Yeah, there's a known problem with videos in the W game. From memory, I think I thought it was a depth issue for some reason.

Somewhere between SVN 9.8-1309-g0fee05d and 0.9.8-1590-g88cfcf7 the crash has been fixed. The various minor graphical problems remain though.

Hmm... While accessing the Gashapon machine, the game freezes. Is it because my graphics are outdated or do I need to fiddle around with the settings?
Ahem hello? No one gonna answer this? This game also crashes unexpectedly. |
