nVidia driver allows ppsspp supports 2 cores,boost speed

in nVidia driver Manage 3D Settings,there are item called Threaded optimization,When you turn on it,ppsspp can spport 2 cores.
   

The test:
my PC is a quad-core cpu 2500K + nvidia GTX460

zero kiseki
Threaded optimization off
cpu usage:24%
FPS:715
   

Threaded optimization on
cpu usage:50%
FPS:1140
FPS boost 60%
   

God of War : Chains of Olympus
Threaded optimization off
cpu usage:25%
FPS:32
   

Threaded optimization on
cpu usage:50%
FPS:60
FPS boost 88%

Yeah but it's done in a weird/proprietary way Nvidia invented. Been using that since day one I got PPSSPP.
Noticed though that the rest settings for quality or performance improvements have zero result on PPSSPP, like FXAA and MSAA and I have a feeling it's because of OGL, right?

Android GPUs don't have such function hardware wise.
But I never seem to have a problem in my phone that makes my GPU the bottlenecking factor. With or without double resolution I get EXACTLY the same FPS. CPU is the general issue for Androids, your device will always bottleneck because of a CPU factor.

I was gonna make a new thread but thought against it. Is their anyway to force it to use both cores without that? I'm using a laptop at the moment with a intel hd card so this isn't an option for more.
