Help! Problem downloading via Safari on iOS

I'm having trouble downloading this iOS PPSSPP emulator.
Everytime I click on the download button under "iOS", it says the following:

"Cannot install applications because the certificate for PPSSPP.tk is not valid".

Can anyone tell me why this is happening?
